Sizes
The first row in this size chart is a person height in centimeters. There is quite a lot of wiggle room in each size. If you like your suit to be a tad bigger and fit other gear underneath as well, choose a size larger. If you want the suit to fit better or be tighter, but in the expense of crouching agility, choose a size smaller. If you want these two to be balanced, choose the middle size.

I would pay attention to the European size number. If you have work gear and your size is 54, go for size 54. The chest and waist sizes are from the manufacturers size chart. The actual products are 10-20 cm wider. Some actual sizes are written under their own sections under the Info sub-menu above.

How quick is rainwear.store
Items purchased from the In-Stock -category will reach their buyers approximately in a week.

For items that are made to order (most items) and for items that are not in stock, I write down the products to be manufactured and send the manufacturing order to the factory twice a month. First at the beginning of each month and then around middle of the month. It will then take 2-3 months for them to get produced and shipped to Finland. After I receive them, it takes about two days to be sorted and dispatched and then about a week to reach a customer living in the EU.

If you are thinking about buying something, but not ready to commit to buy yet, let the store owner know so he can order the products to stock for your convenience later.
Payment options
In rainwear.store you may pay either with your credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay. If you would like to pay with a SEPA bank transfer or Western Union, please write me an email.
Returns and refunds
You have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep the gear you purchased. This 14 days start from the day you have received them. If you don't want to keep the items, you may return them and get a full refund. You just need to buy the return shipping yourself. Please send an email to the store owner before returning anything.

Returned items must be unused of course and be capable of resold.
​
If there is a fault with your items, please send me a picture of the fault and information whether you would like to get a new item to replace the faulty one or maybe receive a partial refund. I will sort out all issues!
For businesses
If you are a business and want to buy in a bigger quantity and maybe customize the products with your company logo and name, contact the store via email or contact sheet.

Shipping options
Rainwear.store uses most commonly the UPS courier to send parcels to Europe and our national Posti and Matkahuolto for other shipments. If you prefer something else, please write me an email and I'll check if it is possible for me. If you prefer to collect the parcel from an access point or a smart locker, you may request that on any custom field during the order process.

Inside Finland the shipping costs per order is flat 7,90 euros. Inside EU the shipping costs are 20 euros an upwards depending on the weight. You can add products to the shopping basket and go to checkout page to see the total postage costs (without the fear of accidentally committing to buy).

To countries outside EU, it gets a little bit more expensive. You can add items to the shopping cart and go to checkout to see how much it will cost, but be aware that it most likely is between 40 to 100 euros.
If the shopping cart gives you outrageous fees, please contact me and I'll check the prices manually.

All items will be shipped in either a plain cardboard box or an opaque plastic bag. If your order was huge, it will be delivered in a box in which products usually arrive to me. The latter means that the cardboard box contains name "AJ Group" or "PROS" all around it or that the box expresses they contain rubber boots or waders. If you want your items to be shipped in an unmarked box, write me in advance - it's no problem.

If the item is sent outside EU, there will be mandatory customs information on the parcel which will give away the contents.
Taxes
Prices shown on the webpage show the final values of the products. They all include the Value Added Tax. On the checkout page you will be shown the prices with and without VAT. VAT varies from country to country (EU).
About customer data and cookies

If you ever place an order, the data you provide (address and telephone number) are stored to the site database. Also chats with the store owner are stored. This personal data is never shared or used outside the site by the store owner.
